Barry Paul Charlton

Barry Paul Charlton, 70, of Stoystown, died unexpectedly January 24, 2021. He was born March 17, 1950, son of Richard and Grace (Foster) Charlton.

Preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Edward, Donald, John, and Thomas; and infant sister Jackie. Survived by his daughters, Lisa married to Jamie Shaulis and sons Ryan and Dylan; Lori married to Mel Jeffries and son Jessie Weimer; and Barry’s son, Barrie Weimer married to Cindy, and their children Brandon Weigle, Tonya (Brad Duca), Brock and Brady Weimer; great grandchildren, Tanner, Carson and Conner; brother, Jerry and wife Donna; numerous nieces and nephews; his children's mother, Susan Weimer (Dean); and special friends Rick and Mary K. A special thank you to his nephew Darrin.

Barry was a hard worker as a self-employed contractor. He enjoyed hunting for many years and deep sea fishing in the ocean. He was a primary caregiver to his mother, Grace. Mostly, Barry enjoyed spending time on the family property.

Due to the current pandemic restrictions, the family will have a private visitation.

Flowers may be sent to Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown for Thursday morning.

Family and friends are invited to a graveside funeral service and gathering at IOOF Cemetery, Stoystown at 12:30 PM Thursday, January 28, 2021.
