Dorsey A. Miller Jr., 65, of Elton, passed away unexpectedly on May 15, 2020. Born February 8. 1955 in Johnstown, son of Dorsey A. Sr. and Anna (Brough).

Preceded in death by his parents, brothers Raymond, Irvin, Henry Paul, and Kermit, and sister Agnes.

Survived by his loving wife Bonnie (Bender), who he married in 1979, ending a union of 40 years, loving son Rev. Dr. Bradley Miller married to Rachel, of Gilbertsville PA and loving daughter Samantha Miller, of El Paso TX, 5 grandsons Kayen, Max, Bryson, Logan, and Beau, one granddaughter Dylan Bonnie. Also survived by sisters Joann Lewis and Doris Boyle, mother-in-law Sandra Bender, favorite niece Jamie Fleming (Blake), and many great friends at Roy's hangout garage.

Dorsey graduated from Forest Hills High School in 1974. He worked at Better Tires and then became manager of Valley Tires for many years. He retired from Milliken Millworkers in 2012.

Dorsey was a quiet man who lived his life his own way, even though not very vocal, he was very proud of his children and loved his family deeply.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. He had a green thumb and could grow anything. He also loved his sports teams Penn State, Steeler Football, and Penguin hockey. Dorsey was also a C.O.R.E donor. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
