Erna Kaminski

Erna Kaminski, 92 , of Geistown, died on January 20, 2023. Born July 18, 1930 in Vilsbiburg, Germany.  Preceded in death by her first husband Jacob Siplivy, infant son Noah Siplivy, and grandson James Siplivy.

Survived by husband of 53 years Paul Kaminski, children William Siplivy (Laura) of Ohio, Margaret Kishlock (David), James D. Siplivy (LuAnn), grandchildren Michael Siplivy, Cari Webster (Trent), Lauren Siplivy,  Mark Kishlock (Keashia), Janice Hill (Dan), 7 great-grandchildren, and our forever loving Gartrell family. Also, step children Paul Kaminski, Stephen Kaminski (Colleen), and Mary Dauber (Robin).  

Erna was previously employed by Bali and Bestform for a number of years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and enjoyed spending time with her family and extended family. Erna was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Geistown. 

Friends received 11 AM to 1 PM on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Geistown-East Hills Chapel and Crematory, 404 Walters Avenue Johnstown, PA 15904.

A Funeral Service will begin at 1:30 PM Tuesday at the Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum.
