John S. Pastovic

 John S. Pastovic, 67, of Upper Yoder, died on May 26, 2023 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born on March 19, 1956 in Pottstown, son of John J. and Barbara C. (Tezak) Pastovic.

Preceded in death by his parents, and nephew Damian.

Survived by loving brothers, Joseph L., married to Cora (Prosser), Thomas J., married to Ann (Koontz), and Michael J., and sister Barbara M., wife of Richard Gray, nieces Anna, Emily, Connie, Susie, Lauren, and Stephanie.

John was a very happy person who loved family gatherings and attending folk fest. John was past camper at Camp PRRC and Orenda.  He particularly enjoyed traveling with his parents on vacation and attending K of C and Alhambra functions He enjoyed watching the Steelers and Pirates and had an exceptional memory of dates and occasions. John loved his hamburgers with ketchup and onions. He will be sadly missed by his family.

Friends received from 5-7 PM on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. Johnstown PA 15905.  Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM On Thursday at St. Clement Church, Rev. William Rosenbaum. Private family interment at Holy Cross Cemetery in Harrisburg, PA.
