Robert Churchey Sr Obituary

Robert W. Churchey Sr, 84, of Johnstown, died on January 23, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family.

Born on April 20, 1936 in Johnstown, son of Everett, Sr. and Mary (Radle) Churchey.

Preceded in death by his parents, wife, Arda A.(Yoder) Churchey, who died in 2009, grandson, Wayne Churchey, granddaughter, Jackie Sheets, brothers, Everett, Jr. and Thomas, half-brother, Frank Rumberger, and half-sister, Blanche Moldiney.

Survived by son Robert W. Churchey Jr., married to Mary Ann, of Windber daughters Gloria Tilson and Linda Churchey, both of Johnstown; and grandson Matthew Tilson,

Robert was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

Robert retired from Bethlehem Steel. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, country music and spending time with his family.

At request of the family, all services will be private.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. Johnstown PA 15905.
