Stanley L. Michuk

Stanley L. Michuk, 81, of Johnstown, peacefully passed away on May 7, 2020 at home, with his loving wife of 56 years by his side.

Born April 17, 1939 in Pepperell, MA, son of the late Leonard Michuk and Hazel Parker.

Preceded in death by his sisters, Hazel Whistler, Ella Vollis, Marion Horten, and brothers, Wolfred, James, and Gilbert.

Survived by his loving wife Mary Ann (Aveni), whom he married October 15, 1963, and his sons, Stanley (Jennifer Saltarelli), Tony (Lynne), and Mike (Tina). He was the loving grandfather of Tabitha, Amanda, Heather, David, Michael, Samuel, Christopher, Rebecca, Brevin, Andrew and of 11 great grandchildren.

Born legally blind, Stan worked for many years at Cambria County Association for the Blind and Handicapped. He enjoyed traveling long distances to visit loved ones, and camping with family and friends at L&M Campground. He could always find something to entertain him on the television.

Due to current safety guidelines, the viewing and service will be held privately for the family. The Funeral Service will be streamed live on Duca Funeral Home's Facebook page (link below) on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 2 PM.

In lieu of flowers, family asks that donations be made to the Cambria County Association for the Blind and Handicapped, 211 Central Avenue, Johnstown PA 15902.
