Dr. Samuel Christas Contakos, 85, of Johnstown, died April 27, 2019 at Richland Healthcare. Born October 3, 1933 in Johnstown, son of Christos and Irene (Daskalakis) Contakos.

Preceded in death by his parents.

Survived by children Rene Contakos, Anastasia Contakos, and Christos.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at Crucified Ministries, 220 Maple Ave, Johnstown PA 15901 at 11:00 AM. Pastor Ray Streets and Josh Knipple.
