James T. Quinn

James T. Quinn, 81, of Johnstown, died on December 17, 2019 at Arbutus Park Manor. Born July 23, 1938 in Johnstown, son of Deasy and Viola (Cawley) Quinn.

Preceded in death by his parents and infant son Michael.

Survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Betty J. Quinn, children Bridget (Quinn) Mikulsky, wife of Mark, David Quinn and James Quinn, 3 grandchildren Ryan, Brennan, and Shannon Mikulsky, siblings Mary Jo O'Donnell, Patricia Civis (Jack), Judy Lobb (Tom), and Kathy Quinn.

James worked at Johnstown Fire Department for 33 years as a Captain. He was a dedicated worker and was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. He enjoyed attending his grandchildren's sporting functions and was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather who will be sadly missed.

Friends received from 9:30 AM until time of 10:30 AM Funeral Mass on Friday, December 20, 2019 at St. Therese Catholic Church, Decker Ave. Rev. Bernard Karmonocky O.F.M. Interment to follow at Grandview Cemetery.
