Thomas M. "Mike" Goch

Thomas M. "Mike" Goch, 70, of Johnstown, died on May 8, 2019 at Windber Hospice.  Born September 5, 1948 in Johnstown, son of Thomas R. and Dorothy L. (Foltz) Goch.

Preceded in death by his parents, and brothers-in-law Andrew Hamara and Timothy Babik.

Survived by loving wife of 41 years, Christine (Nitch), daughter Mindy Goch and fiance Robbie Seth, brothers and sisters Mary Anne (Rick McPherson), Theresa (Charlie Spradlin), Tony Goch (Fiancee Kim Miller), Jude Goch (Sue Balser), Bernie Goch (Special Friend Sue Lucas), Kateri (Ray Varner), Loretta (John Holmberg), Christina (Eugene Bowser), and John Goch (Fiancee Bernadette Seningen), sisters-in-law Rebecca Babik, Mindy Nitch, Beverly Mlaker (Craig). Also numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mike was a 1966 graduate of Ferndale High School. He attended Point Park College and was employed at the Tribune Democrat as a Mailroom Foreman for over 37 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

He was a charter member of St. Andrew Council 11308 and Past Grand Knight.

Friends received from 3-8 PM on Friday, May 10, 2019 at the Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. Johnstown PA 15905. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at St. Andrew Catholic Church at 1:30 PM, Fr. Matthew Reese. Interment, Grandview Cemetery.
