Agnes Patricia (Scarpa) Ferri

Agnes Patricia (Scarpa) Ferri, 93 of Geistown, died peacefully surrounded by her family on March 16, 2023, at Arbutus Park Manor.  

Born on March 6, 1930, daughter of Antonio Francesco and Magdalena (Solinas) Scarpa. Preceded in death by her parents and husband Renaldo. Survived by Children, Mary wife of David Price, Gerald Ferrin married to Deborah (Georg) and David Ferrin married to Patricia (Volk); grandchildren Jennifer Richardson (Chris), Julie Cuppett (Matt), Matthew (Andrea Becker) and Michelle (Cody Shaw); and great-grandchildren Hannah, Kyle, Mia, Harrison, Bella, Austin, and Elijah. 

Agnes was a long-time St. Benedict Catholic Church member, where a Funeral Mass will be held at 1:00 on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. Fr. David Peles.  Friends received from 3-7 PM on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at Frank Duca Funeral Home, East Hills Chapel and Crematory, 404 Walters Ave, Johnstown PA 15904.  Interment, St. Anthony Cemetery, Geistown. 

The family would like to thank the entire staff of Arbutus Park Manor for the wonderful, loving, and compassionate care she received these past 2 years.  Thank you very much.  Also, we would like to thank AseraCare Hospice for the care she received this past week.
