Alice (Gregorchik) Mickel, 80, passed away peacefully on September 5, 2025 at Arbutus Park Manor. Born August 5, 1945.
Preceded in death by her parents, Anne and Wallace Gregorchik; her husband of 53 years, Frederick Mickel; her sister and brother in law, Joan & William Steele; and her brother, James Gregorchik.
Survived by her children, Stephanie Mickel (Drew Schneck) and Jeffrey Mickel; her granddaughter, Abigail Bracken; her stepdaughters, Kim Liotta (Larry) and Jackie Mickel (Brad Lindner); her brothers, Wallace "Bud" Gregorchik (Toni) and David Gregorchik (Gretchen); and her sister in law, Marie Gregorchik.
Alice's warmth and quiet strength touched the lives of all who knew her. Alice found deep fulfillment in being a wife, mom, and stepmom; nurturing her family with grace and care. Her greatest joy was becoming a Grandma to Abby.
Beyond her home, Alice contributed her talents through various administrative roles, including positions at the local water company, Data Consultants, and McQuaide's.
Alice will be deeply missed but forever remembered by those who were lucky enough to know her.

Funeral Mass will be held at 1:30 pm Thursday at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Fr. David Peles. Interment Richland Cemetery.
A special "thank you" to the staff at Arbutus Park Manor; in particular those in the Crossroads and West/Doerr wings where Alice spent her final years.
