Ann M. (Dalley) Bank-Salata

Ann M. (Dalley) Bank-Salata, 92, of Johnstown, died on January 28, 2020 surrounded by her loving family after a brief illness.

Born December 10, 1927 in Johnstown, daughter of Charles and Florence (DeMay) Dalley.

Preceded in death by her parents, first husband Anthony J. Bank, sister Angie Corica and her husband Nick (Great Nephew Little Nino), brothers Samuel Novello and his wife Frances and Sam Dalley, nephew John Kucenski.

Survived by husband George Salata, with whom they celebrated their 30th Wedding Anniversary in August 2019, loving and devoted mother to Rosanne, wife of Robert Cotchen; grandmother to Maria Korns (Jason) and Anthony J. Cotchen; great grandmother to Victoria Rae and Charles Aveni Korns. Also survived by special nieces, Mary Ann Kucenski and Mary Stright (John), Jeana, Ashley and Aimee Stright, all of VA; special nephew Vincent Corica (DeLynn) and his daughters Angel (Patrick), Nicole (Elbie), MariClaire (JT), and Camille (Ben), all of Georgia.

Her love was in the kitchen, baking Italian cookies, breads of all kinds, and preparing gourmet dinners for family and friends.

Ann was a member of the ISDA, Padro Pio and San Rocco Society. She was a lifelong member of St. Clare of Assisi Church, formerly St. Anthony, where Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, January 31, 2020 at 2:00 PM. Rev. George M. Gulash.

Interment, St. Anthony Cemetery, Geistown.
