Anthony A. Masciantonio, 80, of Upper Yoder, passed away unexpectedly on August 3, 2026 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. He was born on August 1, 1946 in Calabria, Italy, to Anthony Masciantonio and Philameno (Williams).
He is preceded in death by his parents, a son, Matthew, brother, David Massey, sister, Marie Sirianni.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Barbara, of 20 years, daughter, Connie Lynne, married to (Michael Cameron), son, Kevin, married to (Sarah Thomas), step-children, Tracy married to (Joe Sweely), Mike Brueilly (Amanda), Tim Brueilly (Jill), Shawn Brueilly (Heidi), 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and his fur babies. Anthony was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who worked hard to care for his family.
He enjoyed his home with his wife and working on projects. Known for his great sense of humor, he lived life to the fullest with fun and vigor and he spent many hours entertaining, which was one of his favorite past times. He enjoyed listening to music from the 50's and 60's, especially Elvis. Enlisted in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam Era.
Friends received from 12 to 2 p.m. on Friday, August 7, 2026 at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Boulevard where funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. Interment at Grandview Cemetery.
