Carol A. Bulas

Carol A. Bulas, 80, of Westwood, died on January 9, 2023. Born on September 10, 1942, in Johnstown, daughter of Victor and Mary Ann (Trochanowsky) Pilot.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert F. Bulas, brother Mike Pilot, and sister-in-law Sylvia Slusser. Survived by loving children Dawn wife of Bob Davoli, Kris Phillips, Debbie wife of Dean Martin, Bob Bulas, grandchildren Patrick, Kevin, Paige, Victoria, Connor, and Gabrielle, sister Ruth Hildebrand, sister-in-law MaryAnn Pilot, brother-in-law, Bob Slusser, and brother-in-law Joseph Bulas (Shirley). Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and best friends Carol Daley Robson, and Carol Purich.

Carol was a graduate of Conemaugh High School and attended Cambria Rowe Business College. She enjoyed playing tennis, was an avid Pittsburgh Penguins and Steelers Fan, and loved eating at the Blvd. Grill. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and Mimi who will be sadly missed. Carol cherished family get-togethers and took great interest in the lives of her children and especially her grandchildren.

Carol was a longtime member of Our Mother of Sorrows, where a Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 14, 2023. Very Rev. Mark Begly, officiating. Friends received from 4-7 PM on Friday at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. Johnstown PA 15905. Entombment, Grandview Mausoleum.
