Charles "Butch" E. Huffman

Charles "Butch" E Huffman, 90, formerly of Johnstown, died on February 17, 2020 at his daughters residence in Columbia MD.

Born September 4, 1929 in Johnstown, son of Percy and Helen (Mauthe) Huffman.

Preceded in death by his parents, wife Corita (Canny), and sister Helen (Huffman) Webb.

Survived by son Thomas E., married to Lorraine (Nolan), South Carolina, daughter Lynn Huffman, Texas and Jacqueline, married to Gary Horvath, Maryland and sister Stella (Huffman) Miller.

Butch retired from Penelec as Chief Lineman. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed watching the Pittsburgh Panthers and Steelers. He was a life member of St. John Gualbert Cathedral, member of the Catholic War Veterans, and coached St. John's football.

Friends received from 4-7 PM on Friday, February 21, 2020 at the Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. Johnstown PA 15905. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at St. John Gualbert Cathedral. Very Rev. James Crookston. Interment, Grandview Cemetery.
