Diane R. Varner

Diane Raab Varner, 70, of Johnstown, died April 13, 2023, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.  

Born January 11, 1953, daughter of Jay and Doris Shaulis. Preceded in death by her parents, step-parents Gladys and Kenneth Hess, in-laws Dorothy, and Jerome Varner; brother in laws Danny and Rick Varner.  

Diane is survived by her husband Bryan; children Ashley, married to Ted Hunt, of Johnstown; Shawn married to Kelly, of Merrittstown; grandchildren Carson and Brooks Hunt, Oakley Varner and Carter; Sister, Becky married to Terry Swick, Johnstown. 

Diane graduated from Westmont High School in 1971.  She worked for Cambria Residential Services where she met a lot of special friends.  Diane loved being able to spend time with her family and friends and was always up for going to the casino. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
