Forrest Ray "Pap" "Woody" Burnheimer

Forrest Ray "Pap" "Woody" Burnheimer, age 86, passed away June 28, 2023.  Born September 21, 1936 in Adams Township, Cambria County, PA, son of Herbert Luther Burnheimer and Marie Cecilia (Partsch) Burnheimer. 

Preceded in death by parents, Father-in-Law and Mother-in-Law, James John Sexton and Mildred Elizabeth (Rafferty) Sexton and daughter, Michelle Lisbeth "Micki B" Harkcom.

Survived by the love of his life, Mary Elisabeth (Sexton) Burnheimer, "Liz" "Lizzie", who was the keystone of our family.  Death ends marriage of 67 years.  Also survived by son Michael James Burnheimer "Mike" and his wife Zita Marie (Neptune) and son Robert Sexton Burnheimer "Rob".

Grandchildren Sara Marie (Harkcom) Gardner and her husband Casey Gardner, Stephen Forrest Burnheimer, Jeremy William Burnheimer and Margaret Mildred "Maggie" Burnheimer.  Great-Grandchildren Luke Anthony Gardner, Ariella Miah-Olivia Burnheimer and Christian Zane Gardner.  Also, want to thank Ariella's mother, Anita Polenik, for her kindness. 

Along with his wife "Liz", they both retired as owners of the former Super Oil Company, Seward.  Longtime member of St. John Gualbert Cathedral. 

There will be no viewing and private interment.  Friends and family are invited to a Funeral Mass at St. John Gualbert Cathedral at 1:30 pm Monday, July 3, 2023.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd, Johnstown, PA 15905.
