Frederick Martin Beegle

Frederick Martin Beegle, 66, formerly of Altoona, died on December 18, 2023 at Windber Hospice. Born on September 15, 1957 in Bedford, son of John J. and Audrey (Kane) Beegle.

Preceded in death by his father.  Survived by his loving wife Rebecca (Williams), their children, James Beegle, Heather wife of Dan Berry, Rachel wife of Sean Blackburn, Jeremy Beegle, Brittany wife of Jeremiah Neely, and Joshua Beegle, 7 grandchildren, Paige, Damon, Kane, Harley, Gabriel, Emma, and Gillian, his mother Audrey, and loving companions Trouble and Duchess. Also survived by brothers Stephen married to Lani, and Joseph married to Lynette, and sister Andrea wife of Donald Holler. In addition, survived by honorary sons, Nick Harclerod and Austin Miller.

Fred was a 1975 graduate of Fleetwood High School. He worked in the food industry for over 25 years, and retired as Assistant Manager from Red Lobster in Altoona. He loved astrology, reading, watching movies, hunting, and spending time with his family. He had a good sense of humor and loved dancing with his Emma. He loved going to the Rambler for ice cream and swimming with Gillian.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
