Gregory J. Karlick, 72 of Johnstown PA, passed away suddenly on April 2, 2026 at home. Born January 14, 1954 in Johnstown, PA. Son of Raymond and Gwendolyn (Seth) Karlick.
Preceded in death by his parents, sister-in-law Patsy Karlick, nephews Nicholas and Thomas Ryan Karlick, and best friend Craig Andrews.
Survived by brothers Robert, Thomas, Raymond, and sister Kathy wife of Todd Roberts, nephews Patrick (Julie),Kevin (Deztany), Seth, Isaac and niece Chloe, also close friend who was considered family Stacie Andrews, and her children Cailey, Sydney, and Dominic.
Gregory graduated from Johnstown High School, and the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. He received his Law Degree from the University of Toledo College of Law. He began his career at the Bedford County Legal Aid , then Crown American.
He retired from the Social Security Administration. He enjoyed golf and loved to read. Our brother Greg, was our trusted adviser and a man of extraordinary intelligence, full of generosity, guidance, support, and care. We will miss him deeply.
Friends received 12 Noon to 2 PM Wednesday April 8, 2026, at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. A Celebration of his life will begin at 2 PM, The Rev. Nancy L. Threadgill. Entombment Grandview Mausoleum.
