Harold C. Mills, 77, of Johnstown, died on June 24, 2020 at home. Born April 15, 1943 in Baltimore MD, son of the late Harold and Jessie (Walters) Mills.

Survived by his loving wife, Judy (Yingling) Mills; children, Michele (Mills) Neff (Gary); Debbie (Mills) Junek; David Mills (Laura); Wendy Mills-Winters; and Jessica Mills; step children, Tammy; Angela; Michael; grandchildren, Jeffery McIntire; Nicole Teeter; Nathan Appley; David Junek; Teela Wellberg; Darren Felder; Emily and Eric Mills; Megan and Ashlee Winters; Rylee Sabo; great grandchildren, Kaylin McIntire; Blake McIntire; Alexia Teeter; Madison Keener; Kaedon Schoming; Aiden Barker; MiKhyle Britain.
