Irene Sanna

Irene Sanna, 95, of Johnstown, died on August 10, 2021 at The Villa Personal Care Home. Born on September 6, 1925 in Ohio, daughter of Andrew and Anna (Haulis) Wasilisian.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband Mario, daughter-in-law Deborah, brothers, and sisters.

Survived by her children Thomas (Patricia), of Johnstown; Ronald, of Johnstown; Mary Ann McGinnis, of Boswell; 3 grandchildren, Heather Sanna, Kristina Bailor, and Franco Sanna; 5 great grandchildren. Also survived by sister Stephanie Pratt, nieces, and nephews.

Irene was a graduate of Johnstown High School. She loved gardening, canning, and sewing. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who will be sadly missed but never forgotten.

Friends will be received from 10-11 AM on Friday, August 13, 2021 at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. Johnstown PA 15905, where a Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 AM. Pastor David Streets. Private Entombment Grandview Mausoleum.
