John Robert Barberio Jr.

John Robert Barbeno Jr., 67, Ebensburg Pa. passed away in Johnstown at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center on December 7, 2025.

He was born in Johnstown September 1, 1958 to John and Evelyn (Stanton) Barberio. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his father, John; his niece, Jaclyn Locktosh; his aunts and uncles; and his wife’s parents.

John is survived by his wife Beverly (Blough);his daughter, Amanda; his step daughter, Kimberly; his mother, Evelyn; his sisters, Mary (Bryan) Smith and Diane (James) Locktosh; and his cousins.

After graduating from Johnstown High School, he worked for various employers including Conrail, JLG, Bethlehem Steel and Bethlehem Mines. He was a certified electrician. John was also very handy and had the ability to fix almost anything. Over the years, he spent many enjoyable days with his father hunting and fishing.

Arrangements are being handled by the Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont.

There will be no viewing, funeral service and interment in St Anthony’s Cemetery, Geistown will be private and at the convenience of the family.
