Linda Jane Kocher Stufft

Linda Jane Kocher Stufft, 66, of Johnstown, died on February 26, 2020 at Laurelwood Care Center. Born September 1, 1953 in Allentown PA, daughter of C. James and Margery (Stroman) Kocher.

Preceded in death by her parents and husband Vaughn Stufft.

Survived by her sons William Stufft; Matthew Stufft; grandchildren Gabrielle and Isaac Stufft (William); sisters Susan wife of Mark Thomas and Marilyn wife of Richard Mills; niece Kelsey Mills; nephews DJ Mills, Michael Thomas and Zachary Thomas; great niece and great nephews.

Linda was a 1971 graduate of Westmont Hilltop and received an Associate’s Degree in Teaching Assistance. She was a Special Education Aide at Ferndale Elementary School.  Linda was previously the Children's Education Director at Franklin Street UM Church.  Linda was also a published writer and poet.

Linda was an active member at Franklin Street United Methodist and 1st Presbyterian Churches.

Friends received from 10:30 AM until time of Memorial Service at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Franklin Street United Methodist, 510 Locust Street, Johnstown PA 15901. Private Family Interment, Headrick Union Cemetery.
