Lois Derenak

Lois Derenak, 91, of Johnstown, died on January 23, 2024 at St. Jude's Haven. Born on June 26, 1932 in Johnstown, daughter of Norbert and Rose Marie (Killian) Jordan Sr.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband John "Chumpy" Derenak, brother Jack Jordan and his wife Jewel, and brother in law Stanley Mikulsky.

Survived by loving children, John N. Derenak Jr. married to Jean; Lynn wife of Dr. Douglas Wyatt of Tulsa, OK; Pamela wife of Peter DiMarino of Amarillo TX; grandchildren, Justin Derenak, Lauren wife of Chad Kamler, Dr. Graydon Wyatt and fiance Madeline Russell, Tyler DiMarino and wife Kelsey, and Taylor DiMarino; great-grandchild Zayden Derenak; brothers Norbert "Slim" Jordan and his wife Florence "Tootie", and Dean Jordan and his wife Patricia, sister Carol Mikulsky.

She loved cooking for her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister who will be sadly missed.

Friends received from 5-6 PM on Sunday, January 28, 2024 at Frank Duca Funeral Home, East Hills Chapel and Crematory, 404 Walters Avenue, Johnstown PA 15904.

She was a longtime member of St. Benedict Parish, where Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday. Fr. David Peles. Entombment, Grandview Mausoleum.
