Lottie Corey Bertino, 91, of Southmont, went to be with the Lord on April 30, 2020. Born January 15, 1929 in Johnstown, daughter of Charles and Genevieve (Azar) Corey.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband, Dr. Lawrence Bertino, brothers, Rt. Rev. Fr. Archimandrite George Corry, James Corey, sisters, Ida Pallas, Mary "Manna" Salem, Freda Beaugez, and Zella Fisher.

Lottie was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Survived by her beloved son, Lawrence "Larry" Bertino and special nieces, nephews, Godchildren, and many loving friends.

Lottie graduated from East Conemaugh High School in 1947, where she was Valedictorian.

She had a successful and lengthy career in the insurance industry. She served on the Board of Directors and as Vice President of Guardian Underwriters Insurance Company and on the Board of Directors of First Guard Insurance Company.

She was a dedicated and loving mother who will be sadly missed.

Lottie enjoyed a full social life, which included bowling, card clubs, and especially dining out with her friends.

A heartfelt thank you to all at Arbutus Park Manor for their loving care and devotion.
