Mark Richard Lohse

Mark Richard Lohse, 43, of Westmont, died on September 4, 2023. Born on January 21, 1980 in Arlington Heights, IL, husband to Sara and son of Diane Lohse. 

Preceded in death by his grandparents Marie Wesley and Donald Welch, Patrick and Jean Downing, and Arthur and Lois Pepper. 

Survived by loving wife Sara (Pepper) Lohse, mother Diane Lohse, children Leah, Tye, Brooklyn, Christopher, Gavin, Landon, Miekka, Adelynn "Ba", sister Maria Montana (Johnny), father and mother-in-law Arthur and Melody Pepper, mother-in-law Patty Pepper, brothers-in-law, Dave Kroeger, Shawn Kroeger, Brian Pepper (Carrie), and Greg Buhrow, nephews Dominic, Gianni, Noah, Jonah, Elijah, Micah, Isiah, and Uriah. 

Mark was well-known and respected within the tree industry and was a dedicated employee of Kendall Expert Tree Services. He loved anything to do with the outdoors, riding ATV's, boating, fishing, and spending time with his family in West Virginia. He enjoyed bonfires and working on his house, and loved to cook and grill. He was a loving and dedicated son, husband, father, and friend who will be sadly missed. 

Mark was a proud and dedicated member of the Oxford Masonic Lodge 353, Johnstown Masonic Lodge 538, Royal Order of the Jesters Cumberland Court 117 and LuLu Shriners. 

Friends and family will be received from 2-5 PM on Friday, September 15, 2023 at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. Johnstown PA 15905. 

A Masonic Funeral Service will be held at 5:00 PM at the Funeral Home. 

The family will provide the flowers and suggests memorial donations be made to establish an Education Fund for Adelynn Lohse.
