Marlene Teresa Russo

Marlene Teresa Russo, 82, of Roxbury, died on January 18, 2024. Born on April 15, 1941 in Johnstown, daughter of Frank and Antoinette (Kurtz) Nicoletti.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband James, sister Clara Mulkey, brother Stephen Nicoletti, father and mother in law Charles and Mary Russo, and brother in law Paul Russo.

Survived by her loving sons, Charles "Chuck" of Johnstown, Francis (Anya), of Ocean City, MD, and Mark (Lisa), of Wilmington DE, grandson Ryan, sister Donna (Nicholas Antonazzo), sister in law Diane Russo, close friend Helene Guerino, and loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Marlene was a 1960 graduate of Johnstown High School and worked as the Assistant Manager at Anthony's Furs. Marlene loved to cook and spend time with her family. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister who will be sadly missed.

Friends received from 4-6 PM on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at St. John Gualbert Cathedral. Fr. Matthew Baum. Entombment to follow at Grandview Mausoleum.
