Mary Jo Canini-Bewak

Mary Jo Canini-Bewak, 54, of Johnstown, died peacefully at home surrounded by her family on September 6, 2024.  Born on December 30, 1969 in Johnstown, daughter of Joseph Canini Jr. and Martha (Zabala). 

Preceded in death by her parents.  Survived by loving wife Karen Rowser-Canini, 5 step-children, 7 step-grandchildren,  2 nephews Tyler and Nick Gregorio and brother Joseph Canini III, 2 sisters Phyllis Canini and Marcy Gregorchik.

Mary Jo received her associates degree from Cambria Rowe Business College and worked for Pizza Hut as a manager. 

She was an amazing wife, stepmother and grandmother who will be sadly missed.

A Celebration of Her Life will be held for friends and family on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Woodvale AC Club, 630 Maple Avenue at 2:00 PM.
