Matthew "Dave" David Mills, 53, of Johnstown, died unexpectedly on December 13, 2020 due to a heart attack. Born on November 21, 1967 in Trenton, NJ, son of Harold Mills and Mary Ann (Grunza) Eppley.

Preceded in death by his father. Survived by his loving wife Laura Mills, mother Mary Ann Eppley (Fred), children Carrie Pinos (Will), Jason Schoming (Alexandra), Emily Mills, and Eric Mills, grandchildren Kaedon, Rowan, River, and baby to be Schoming, sisters Michele (Gip), Debbie, Wendy, and Jessica (Steve).

Dave graduated from Forest Hills High School in 1985. After, he joined the Army Rangers, where he was a sniper. He was currently employed as a glass installation foreman at Modern Art and Plate Glass in Johnstown. Dave enjoyed working in his father's garden, hunting, boxing, spicy foods, and a good beer at the end of a hard day.

He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who loved spending time with his grandchildren, and was the best Poop-Pop around.
