Preceded in death by his father Frank A. Arcurio, Sr.
Mike is survived by his mother, Pauline Arcurio; children, Katelyn (fiance Daniel Huebner) of Arizona and Michael (Alanna Kozielec) of Johnstown; Mike's fiancé Jennifer Mosholder and her children Michael and Matthew; Mike is survived by his siblings: Frank Arcurio Jr. and wife Rose (Popovanak) of Johnstown; Angela Gargulio and husband Jerry of Smithtown, New York; Josie Catella and husband, Jim of Hermosa Beach, CA; Anthony Arcurio and wife Kathy (Johnston), of Newport Beach, CA; and Kay Marie Hubal and husband Jim of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by his former wife, Karen Barton; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mike was a dedicated and wonderful son, father, brother, fiancé, and friend to many.
He had a strong faith in God and often turned to the Discalced Carmelite Sisters in Loretto for both strength and guidance.
Mike graduated from Richland High School, class of 1984. He pursued a career in the grocery business and achieved success owning his own Little Debbie distributorship.
Mike brought life to any conversation and always had a joke to share. He loved helping others, he was always the first to lend a helping hand to neighbors, friends, and family. He selflessly took care of those closest to him, even through his cancer treatments.
Although the signs were pointing in the wrong direction, we held out hope that Mike would pull through, but God needed a selfless angel with the biggest, kindest, and most-giving heart. His love of life, thoughtfulness, laughter, and pranks will be missed by all who called Mike a friend. Godspeed, Mike. We love you! Until we meet again, you will forever be in our hearts.
Friends will be received from 2:00PM-4:00 PM and 5:30-8:30 PM on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at Frank Duca Home, 1622 Menoher Blvd. Johnstown PA 15905. Facial Masks are required.
