Michael D. Ringler, "Big Mike", 66, of Indian Lake, died on March 15, 2023 at Windber Hospice. Born on June 1, 1956 in Johnstown, son of Sheldon E. and Jane (O'Neill) Ringler.
Preceded in death by his parents, and sister Barbara Mannion. Survived by his loving children Kirsten, wife of Kyle Siehl; Michael Ringler; Miranda Ringler; granddaughter Isla Siehl; spouse Keri (Koop) Ringler; sister Patricia Hogan (Dennis); and his faithful companion Bullseye.
Mike was a 1974 graduate of Westmont Hilltop High School and was the Owner/President of Ringler Motors Inc. He was a founding member of the Benscreek Canoe Club, member of the Adirondack Mountain Club, Chesapeake Bay Foundation, and NRA. Mike was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, white water paddling, and canoeing. Mike was a longtime resident of Indian Lake and enjoyed spending his time at Smith Island with his family. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend who will be sadly missed.
Friends and family will be received from 5-8 PM on Friday, March 24, 2023 and 1-3 PM on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. Johnstown PA 15905.
