Natalie Louise (McClain) Cashaw, 69, Johnstown. Completed her life journey on May 18, 2018. She was born February 26, 1950 in Johnstown, Daughter of Raymond and Edith (Pingatore) McClain. Preceded in death by parents. Survived by beloved husband Joseph with whom she shared a 35 year union and loving children Nicole (Wilson) Campagna and husband Adam, David Wilson II and wife Sara of Northport Fl., Daniel Wilson and wife Amanda of White Plains Md., beloved grandchildren Broden, Tanner, Jordan, Cooper, Bella, Aria and Landon, her siblings Virginia (McClain) Muir and husband Carl, Michael McClain and wife Cynthia, Patrick McClain and wife Janice. And numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews whom she cherished. Special friends Theresa Hilton, Margaret Kelly, Dale Webb and Dr. Joe Nginyo.
She was a 1968 graduate of Westmont Hilltop and a graduate of Cambria Rowe. She served as Judge of Elections in Prospect for many years, former member of Our Lady of Mercy Church, coordinator for the Rainbow Coalition and member of delegation committee for Rev. Jesse Jackson's presidential campaign, former board member of Greater Prospect Improvement Committee. She was a retired employee of the BonTon. Natalie was a military wife who loved to dance, decorate, Christmas, reading books, spending time with her family, adored her grandchildren, living in Italy, and road trips with her beloved husband.
Friends received from 3-7 PM on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at the Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. Johnstown PA 15905. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM Friday at St. John Gualbert Cathedral. Very Rev. James F. Crookston. Interment, Grandview Cemetery.
