Normand R. Decasse

Normand R. Decasse, 67 of Westmont, formerly of Massachusetts, died May 12, 2024 in Johnstown PA.  Born December 17,1956 in Woonsocket RI.

Son of Anthony and Yvette (Lavigne) Decasse.  Preceded in death by his parents and sister June Collin. Survived by his loving wife of 18 years Jovy (Alday), brothers Nelson (Carolyn), Neil (Mary), Nathan (Robin) and sister Jocelyn Cryer, also nieces and nephews, loving family members of the Alday family, friends and second family the Burrs.

He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, Classic Rock (especially vinyl records), Jazz Fuzion, and music trivia. Normand retired from Van Wal Machine Shop with more than 30 years in Bellingham MA .

Thank you to the 10th Floor Nurses and Staff who helped in taking care of Norm.  Special thanks his PCP Dr. Bonny Bautista and Dr.Burmeister.

A celebration of his life will be scheduled at a later date in Massachusetts .
