Oakley Jay Fisher, just 16 days old, passed away peacefully on May 18, 2025, while being cared for at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
Oakley was born on May 2, 2025, at Conemaugh Memorial Hospital, Johnstown, Pennsylvania. He was cherished by his parents, Joseph and Madison (Fleegle) Fisher, of Richland.
Oakley was born small but mighty. He left an everlasting impact on his family’s hearts. The family would like to thank the amazing nurses and staff at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh NICU for the care they provided Oakley and the compassion the family received.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his two siblings, Paisley and Scarlett; his grandparents, Travis (Connie Roach) Fleegle, Michelle (Bryan) Stiffler, David Fisher and Bunny Fisher; his great-grandparents, Barry and Wendy Fleegle; and his aunts and uncles: Paula and John Szalay, Savanah (Kevin Adominik) Melon, Pragati and Jonathan McCarty; and Jordan Fleegle .
A private viewing and funeral service was held to honor Oakley at Frank Duca Funeral Home, East Hills Chapel with an Interment at Richland Cemetery.
