Patricia Marie Cook

Patricia Marie (Jansen) Cook, 86, of Johnstown, went to be with the Lord on Sept. 6, 2026, at Richland Woods Assisted Living Facility.

Born on March 27, 1940, in Port Huron, Michigan.

Preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Thomas Lee; brother, Richard Jansen; and sister, Patricia Wickings.

Survived by children, Cindy (John Hoffman), of Hooversville, PA; Pam (Devon Brendle), of Windber, PA; Jeff (Mary), of Millersville, MD; and Scott (Courtney), of Johnstown, PA; grandchildren, Amanda (Chris Baran), Heather, Dylan (Marley), Jacob(Kelly), Kierstyn (Trevor Jacoby), Nicholas Reddecliff (Rachel), Noah, and Nathan; great-grandchildren, Ian, Loren, Breanna, Ainsley, Lena, Josephine, and Adelyn; and her dearest friend, Joyce Plaza.

Pat graduated from Richland High School in 1957. Pat spent much of her time working for the Outhouse which started in her and Tom's basement. Her outstanding customer service showed through her interactions with customers and tirelessly sorting through the endless supply of inventory. Pat and Tom were avid square dancers and members of the All-American Swingers for 14 years. Pat was a devoted wife of 64 years, a beloved grandmother and great-grandmother who was lovingly called "Gram," "Hi-Baby" and "Bingo Gram." She loved spending time with her family and friends, camping, floating down the Clarion River, reading, and GS Boutiquing.

All services are being held privately for the family.
