In Remembrance of our Brother
Today, we remember our brother Paul G. Gardosik - not just as family, but as a human being with his own path, choices and battles.
Paul Gerard Gardosik, 66, of Mechanicsburg passed away on April 11, 2025. Born on October 21, 1958 in Harrisburg Hospital.
In 1976 Paul graduated from Cumberland Valley high school in Mechanicsburg.
Paul continued his education in computer programming at a trade school in Pittsburgh, PA. He began his computer career with the Navy Depot in Mechanicsburg for a number of years.
Paul was a middle child among six, where it may have been easy to get lost in the noise. He had his own rhythm, his own way of being in the world.
Though our lives took different directions and our connection grew distant over the years, he was still part of our family. He had his own journey, one that we didn’t always understand. There were times of silence, and times we wished for more—more conversation, more understanding, more closeness.
Family ties are not always defined by constant connection, but by something deeper - by shared beginnings, by memories that linger even after long silences.
We remember him not only for who he was to us, but also for the things we didn’t see: the parts of his life that brought him joy, the people who did know him well, and the memories he left behind in places we may never fully know.
Today, we choose to remember the whole person—complex, imperfect, and human.
Our family wants to thank those who helped Paul over the years.
Rest in peace.
Paul is survived by his siblings, Rita Morrison, David Gardosik, Andrew Gardosik and Sandra
Gardosik. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Elizabeth (Kozlosky) and his
brother Mike Gardosik.
All services were private at request of the family.
