Rebecca "Becky" Ann Bergin

Rebecca  Ann "Becky" Bergin passed away on November 23, 2023, comfortably at home with her son and animals at her bedside after a long hard-fought battle with cancer.  

Becky was born September 30, 1954, in Baden, PA, and is preceded in death by her parents Charles W. (Bill) and Ruth Harding, brother Charles " Charlie" Harding, nephew PJ Bergin, and her son's father William J. Bergin. Becky is survived by her son, Dr. William A. Bergin, brother Mark (Donna) Harding, and sister-in-law Mary Ann Harding. 

Becky retired in 2018 after many years performing as a medical technologist in a laboratory at Ohio Valley Medical Center in Mckees Rocks, PA. Afterward, she immediately moved to Johnstown, PA.  Becky always enjoyed and spent lots of quality time with her and her family’s animals and volunteering at the Cambria County Humane Society. Everyone who knew Becky knew cats were always her favorite. In addition, she spent quality time sitting back with friends and families by campfires and holiday meals along with tailgating and going to Detroit Lions Thanksgiving and Pittsburgh Steelers football games. 

There will be no viewing or funeral at Becky's request.
