Robert Delusa

Robert Delusa, 90 of Johnstown PA, "Went to be with the Lord" December 27, 2025.

He was born May 5, 1935 in Johnstown, son of Rocco and Margaret (Varner) Delusa.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Joan (Johncola); his son, Robert Jr.; his grandson, John Robert Gornick; his brothers, Nunzio "Jumbo", Eugene, Charles, Alfred, Richard, Donald; and his sisters, Mary Jane Dunlap and Shirley Bates.

He is survived by his loving children: Michael married to Rhonda of South Carolina, Mary Ann married to John Gornick of South Carolina, and Gina married to Michael Vitalie; his grandchildren: Joanna Sparks (Kyle), Antonio Vitalie (Maygan), Michael Mattison Delusa, Giovanni Vitalie, Mattie Mychaels (Alex); his great grandchildren: Addalynn and Aubriella Vitalie and Emma Sparks; his brother, William Delusa (Connie); his sister, Camille Jimerson; and his sisters-in-law, Grace Delusa Gorman and Mary Delusa.

Robert retired from Bethlehem Steel Corp. He was a jack of all trades and helped his family and friends with anything they needed. He enjoyed woodworking, sewing and baking for the family. Robert was a soft spoken man with little words, who left a big impact on the world. He was a very loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.  

Friends will be received from 5:00 pm -7:00 pm on Friday January 2, 2026 at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd.

He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish where his funeral Mass will be held 10:00 am on Saturday, January 3, 2026.

Interment to follow at Grandview Cemetery.
