Ruth Yvonne Labarko

Ruth Yvonne Labarko, 87, of Johnstown, passed away on June 15, 2022, with her family by her side. Born on June 7, 1935, in Johnstown, daughter of William F. and Margaret (Hoffman) Wilkie. 

Preceded in death by her parents, husband Archie J. LaBarko, daughters Deborah Stigers and Brenda Penrod, brothers Donald, Glenn, and David Wilkie, stepson Archie J. LaBarko Jr. Survived by granddaughter Sara Maines, great-grandchildren Kaytlynn and Hunter Maines, great-grandson Xavier Antoinne, step-sons Michael (Trish) Labarko, William (Nancy) Tinsmith and Richard Tinsmith, son-in-laws Joseph Stigers, and Merle Penrod, brother Charles Wilkie. 

Ruth was a caregiver and nurse in the Johnstown Area. 

Friends and family will be received from 5-7 PM on Monday, June 20, 2022, at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. Johnstown PA 15905. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 on Tuesday at the Funeral Home. Fr. Bernard Karmonocky, OFM. Interment, St. Anthony Cemetery, Geistown.
