Thomas Antinoro, known affectionately as Tom, passed away on August 29, 2024, at the age of 73 in his hometown of Johnstown, PA. Born on June 19, 1951, in Johnstown, Tom was a lifelong resident who cherished his community.
Tom graduated from Westmont Hilltop High School in 1970, where he formed many lifelong friendships and fond memories. After high school, he was in the Army Reserves National Guard. Throughout his lifetime, Tom had many positions including Manager at Riverside in Warren, Ohio, Manager at BiLo in Portage, Manager of Westwood Beverage with the family business, Regency beverage route, Voortman Cookie Route, and lastly, CamTran as a bus driver where he retired in 2021.
His life was marked by a deep dedication to his family and a passion for the simple joys in life, especially going to car cruises, traveling, and hanging at his favorite spot at the lake with Margie. Tom was a car enthusiast and was also a member of Johnstown Street Survivors Car Club, The Russian Club, and Brownstown Volunteer Fireman’s Club.
Tom is survived by his daughters, Tracy Conte (Vincenzo) and Stephanie Stanley (Wayne), and his cherished grandchildren: Addison, Luca, Carsyn, and Ilaria. He found great love and companionship with Margie Migut, who was the love of his life. Margie’s sons Mike, Jeff (Michelle), and Kirk Migut held a special place in his heart as the sons he never had. He is also survived by his sister, Barb Antinoro, who resides in San Diego.
He was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Antinoro, his mother Ida Antinoro and his brother, Steven Antinoro.
Tom’s legacy is carried on through the many lives he touched with his warm presence and enduring kindness. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
Viewing will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at St. Therese Church, 536 Decker Ave. Interment, Grandview Cemetery.
