Obituary
Thomas A. Bianco, 79, of Winston Salem, NC, passed away on Sunday, January 15th, 2023 at Trellis Supportive Care, in Winston Salem, NC. Born on April 24, 1943, son of Thomas A. Bianco Sr., and Marjorie (Myer).
Preceded in death by his parents and brother, Noel Bianco.
Survived by wife of 53 years Mary “Kay” Boxler, daughter Tamara Bianco, grandsons Zachary and Jacob Hampton, and 4 nieces and nephews.
Tom graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown in Secondary Education. He taught English at Conemaugh Twp High School until he retired in 1999. He was a member of the American Legion 55, 40 and 8, and the Marine Corps League in Winston Salem. Tom enjoyed hunting, fishing and going to camp with his best friend, Santo.
A memorial service will be held at Frank Duca Funeral Home, 404 Walters Ave, East Hills Chapel and Crematory, in the spring.
