Victor "Vic" J. Rovansek

Victor "Vic" J. Rovansek, 81, of Westmont, passed away on May 24, 2020 at Laurel View Village in the company of his wife and children.

Born on April 26, 1939 in Johnstown, son of the late Victor and Frances (Yeager) Rovansek. 

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Stephanie; his children Shawn (Lynn), Kim, Brett (Janette); his sister Shirley Mutch (Joe) and brother Ron (Nancy); granddaughters Hope, Isabella, Mia, and Delaney. His Rays of Sunshine include Bill and Flo Tomaskovich, Nicole and Travis Czyrnik and especially Gavin and Riley, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Vic enjoyed golfing with the Duffers at Windber Country Club. He volunteered as an usher at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church for 50 years. He served on the Board of Directors of the Johnstown Free Medical Clinic and the Distinguished Young Women Program of Cambria and Somerset Counties. Vic retired after 38 years of service as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for 3M Pharmaceuticals. At the time of his retirement, he had the distinction of being named to the company's Top Producers Club more times than any other employee.

Funeral Services will be private. Private entombment, Grandview Cemetery.
