Vivien (Wertz) Spicher, 86 of Southmont passed away March 21, 2026 at Quality of Life Services/Henry Clay Villas after a long battle with dementia. The daughter of the late James Homer and Claire (Lambour) Wertz, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William (Spike) Spicher.
Survived by sister Janet (Wertz) Kohan and nieces Kimberly (Kohan) Clark, Deborah Kohan, and grand nephew Daniel Clark.
Vivien graduated from Southmont High School in 1958 which was the last graduating class from that high school. She had a long career as a credit manager with Cambria Equipment Company of Johnstown followed by Devilbiss/Sun Medical in Somerset .
She was a voracious reader, enjoyed trips to southern beaches with Spike in their RV, and loved her many cats, both the indoor pets and the neighborhood colony.
All services were held in private. Interment at Grandview Cemetery
